Role Overview

**Sodexo** is seeking a **General Manager 4 - Food for MedStar Harbor Hospital** located in **Baltimore, MD** . MedStar Harbor is recognized for excellence, consistently ranked for patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and workplace culture.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare food service leader with a passion for innovation, training, process improvement, and team building. This position will oversee all food services including, retail, patient, and catering services.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being.

What You'll Do

+ have oversight of day-to-day operations

+ deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations

+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals

+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)

+ develop strategic plans

+ ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

What You Bring

+ a proven history of providing leadership in challenging union environments

+ has healthcare experience;

+ has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

+ has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and has a passion for a high level of customer service;

+ can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed.
