Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient processes, and enforcing safety regulations. The environment is in a furniture unloading warehouse.
Salary: $27/hour
Full Time 2nd Shift Monday - Saturday; 1pm - 3pm start time. Shift varies on 8 - 10 hours per day
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar managerial role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Inbound unloading receiving experience a must
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure they are performing their duties efficiently
- Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including receiving, storing, and organizing products
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines and protocols
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the warehouse operations
