We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning and Business Program Manager to serve as a critical liaison and strategic partner between our Planning business teams and our IT organizaiton, focusing on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE). In this pivotal role, the person will not only be the go-to expert for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and guiding the IT development process but also a key leader fostering collaboration across functions in our global, matrixed structure. More specifically, you will be tasked with leveraging our Advanced Planning System to improve MP&L Planning process. A successful candiate will be able to validate solutions, ensure successful deployment and adoption of new planning capabilities across the enterprise, lead a team of Business IT Analysts, and drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest planning technologies.

What you'll do...
+ Design and implement intelligent automations (Coding & Configuration) in Maestro based MP&L applications.
+ Implement “Supply AI” & “Demand AI” to improve planning and execution capabilities.
+ Improve end-to-end value stream across applications.
+ Work with business teams to align to specific needs and propose business process improvements.
+ Implement Diagnostics and KPIs for measuring performance against targets.
+ Reduce part availability issues by improving buildability and production stability.
+ Implement demand driven planning and execution solutions.
+ Implement solution for Powertrain and Battery production planning.
+ **Business Needs Translation:** Deeply understand the business requirements for S&OP and S&OE processes within the automotive manufacturing and supply chain context.
+ **Requirements Definition & Communication:** Articulate business needs clearly and comprehensively to the IT development teams, acting as the primary functional expert.
+ **Solution Design & Approval:** Review and approve technical designs proposed by the IT team, ensuring they accurately reflect and effectively address the defined business requirements.
+ **Stakeholder Management & Demonstration:** Present and demonstrate proposed IT designs and developed solutions to key business users and leads across global teams, gathering feedback and securing necessary approvals.
+ **Testing & Validation Oversight:** Lead and manage a team of Business IT Analysts to rigorously test developed solutions using business data, verifying that all business requirements are met.
+ **Feedback & Iteration Management:** Provide clear, detailed feedback to IT teams on necessary corrections or improvements identified during testing, and facilitate their understanding of business needs.
+ **User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Facilitation:** Coordinate and support business users in conducting User Acceptance Testing, collecting feedback and communicating it effectively to the IT team for further refinement.
+ **Production Deployment:** Plan and coordinate the successful launch and deployment of approved functionalities and products into the production environment.
+ **User Training & Adoption:** Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to business users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing new planning capabilities.
You'll have...
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ Years of Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics or Business Analystics and/or related fields
Even better, you may have...
+ Experience in the automotive industry or a complex manufacturing/supply chain environment.
+ Experience with specific S&OP/S&OE software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).
+ Experience leading or managing a small team of technical analyst / experts.
+ Experience managing projects requiring confidentiality or NDAs.
+ Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Business Analysis, or Supply Chain is a plus.
+ Experience with change management methodologies and user training program development.

This position is a leadership salary grade LL6.
