You will develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets, and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise will help us mitigate financial risks, streamline reporting, and make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes.

Required Skills:

RL Accessories Business Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results. Operating Expenses.

2. Conduct quarterly forecast exercises, reporting, and submission. Operating Expenses.

3. Perform quarterly and monthly forecast accuracy analysis, reporting, presentation, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis. Opex.

4. Maintain cost center and product cost center Opex expenditure accuracy.

5. Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions. Opex.

6. Support Product Cost Engineer to maintain and update New Product Introduction and In-Market P&L.

7. Conduct monthly gross profit analysis, reporting, presentation, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis.

8. Develop tools to automate and streamline reporting, and create financial KPIs/metrics that help business partners make financial decisions.

9. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring variances, identifying trends and analyze financial performance to recommend areas for improvement.

10. Optimize and simplify reporting to make it readily available to stakeholders for decision making.

11. Collaborate with finance to generate and maintain DTC P&L for 3P portfolio.

12. Analyze, report, present monthly sales forecasts, and consolidate risk and opportunity analysis for 3P portfolio.

13. Conduct monthly and quarterly revenue share report, invoicing, and accounts receivable monitoring and improvement for 3P portfolio.

14. Maintain and enhance 3P partners database to ensure proper onboarding and revenue share reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

15. 3+ years of experience in business and finance analytics and systems development or similar experience

16. Experience with Spreadsheets, Tableau, SQL, and database management and automated dashboard generation or similar systems/tools

17. Experience with accounting concepts and financial planning

18. Experience in data mining and analysis

19. Experience in generating process documentation and reports

20. Experience in business finance and analytics

21. Experience presenting effectively to cross-functional and key stake holders

22. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field/experience

Public Compensation:

$124,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
