    What You Will Do:

    As a team member at this level, you are expected to perform a wide variety of complex inspection procedures and related paperwork, lend expertise to resolving inspection process problems, set up and operate equipment, perform periodic preventive maintenance all required certifications. This position requires a mechanical and technical aptitude and the ability to follow work instructions. Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    + You will be responsible for the overall leadership of the Quality inspection areas.

    + Your responsibilities include quality compliance with procedures, programming coordination, priority management, operator training, and general maintenance of the inspection equipment.

    + Your responsibilities also include setting up and operating equipment in an assigned area.

    + You will service and repair, or help troubleshoot, equipment.

    + You will work closely with gage standards and the CMM area for program correlations.

    + Perform a variety of duties, including calibration of inspection equipment and layout correlation.

    + Positive Relationships

    + You will perform all tasks at the highest level of safety awareness.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + Minimum of an Associate degree or 3+ years’ experience working in a Quality Role

    + U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + Experience with Quality Inspection

    + Craft clear communication

    + Analytical Skills

    + Creative troubleshooting skills

    + Possess excellent judgment and professional maturity

    + Possess exceptional people and interpersonal skills.

    Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
