There is an exciting opportunity to join the Aftermarket team at the North Berwick Repair Operations (NBRO) site. The NBRO team is comprised of 250 employees both hourly and salary and performs maintenance on military and commercial hardware. This position involves excellent opportunity to interface directly with operators and machines. The site would provide exposure to OEM, Engineering Design, MODS center and the Aftermarket team.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technology and project management skills to provide overall support for the P&W Aftermarket Operations business. The selected candidate will be responsible for business & technical systems management, Digital Technology (DT) infrastructure services oversight, and project execution management for manufacturing execution and business systems. The selected individual will work with core DT disciplines, out-sourced service providers and internal customers to ensure that the overall DT needs and objectives of the business are met:
What You Will Do:
+ Initial, primary focus will be leading the Solumina manufacturing execution system upgrade and transition
+ Support local and enterprise-wide DT initiatives and serve as resident Point of Contact for all DT implementations. Available to support in a 24/7 environment (may include off-shift and weekend support)
+ Work with multiple groups to understand business application and define specific DT requirements across multiple manufacturing and enterprise applications. Translate customer requirements and serve as liaison to subject matter experts.
+ Conduct software testing and report issues and recommended changes to core software development teams. Develop training material for new solutions and support the shop floor during software implementation.
+ Work with other Pratt & Whitney DT disciplines to create project timelines and alignment with business needs. Work with P&W and DT resources to develop solutions supporting business objectives
+ Document local DT processes & procedures and ensure audit compliance
+ Support budget & investment planning for Information Technology needs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years experience supporting digital technology within a manufacturing or aerospace environment. Or and Advanced Degree and 5 years experience supporting digital technology within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Multi-disciplinary technology experience; including, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, database administration, web application development, networking. Experience with Factory Network Infrastructure segmentation – Industrial Firewall, machine communication protocols, IDF & MDF networking, etc. Experience with HMI, MES, SCADA, & PLC interfaces (software & hardware)
+ SAP Enterprise Resource Planning experience
+ Experience delivering written and verbal communication across all levels of internal and customer leadership
+ Must be able to work independently with limited direction to accomplish goals, and have the ability to recognize areas for process improvement & formulate actionable plans to address such areas.
+ Experience with process and project management
+ Familiar with CNC machines, robotics, and legacy non-smart machines.

This role is:
**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
