**Description:** You will be a Quality Engineer \(QE\) with Lockheed Martin, supporting the THAAD production program\. Based in Arlington, TX, this role will require working flexible hours and traveling out of the assigned geographical area to support Lockheed Martin Production Sites across the United States\.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Quality Engineer with the THAAD program team, you will work in a dynamic environment, focusing on continuous improvement and having a proactive mindset in reducing risk to the product and customer\. Your responsibilities will include:
• Identification of process variation, sources of waste and nonconformance's, and data analysis techniques to create innovative solutions tocomplex supply chain issues\.
• Assurance that LM THAAD Lockheed Production Sites' activities are effective through supporting product line validations as outlined by AS9102, accurate measurement and characterization of resultant performance parameters, and risk management\.
• Provide systemic support for issue resolution that involves true root cause, full containment, and corrective/preventive actions\.
• Support requests tied to program requirements, interface with customer needs, and program management activities\.
• Drive failure/diagnosis and strong grasp of Material Review Board \(MRB\) activities\.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems and provide liaison support related to quality engineering matters\.
• Ensure contract flow\-down requirements are implemented and verified and interfaces with Lockheed Production Sites on a daily basis\.
• Review documentation related to Sites manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer\.
• Excel within a multifunctional Integrated Product Teams with reviews of quality data on yields, rework, scrap and non\-conformance aging\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance, which requires U\.S\. citizenship
• Experience developing data visualizations that provide actionable insight
• Experience using Tableau, RelM or other analytics toolsets
• Excellent verbal / written communications skills
• Self\-starter with demonstrated self\-initiated goals and results
• Demonstrated capability to multitask in support of multiple concurrent programs and initiatives
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment
• JSTD electronics SME
Desired Skills:
• Process Improvement experience
• Experience with SAP, SAP HANA, VBA macros
• Proficient with MS and / or Oracle SQL
• Experience with data automation and reporting in a highly regulated environment
• Understanding of business performance systems
• Experience developing customer\-facing analytics solutions utilizing complex data sets
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and peers \(e\.g\., data scientist, data engineers\) to identify and solve a business problem
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
