    The Manager, Sales Servicing is part of the Global Sales team within the Commercial Division. This role will lead a team of Service Representatives to effectively support and complement Account Managers and Sales Managers within the American Airline’s Sales organization. This role will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support target setting, resource allocation, and sales strategy.

    + Leads a team of analysts in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, working closely with corporate and agency account managers

    + Supports the development and execution of sales plans to help achieve revenue and growth targets for the sales and commercial organizations

    + Monitors key sales and account performance metrics, including revenue share, discounts, and corporate customer and agency partner NPS

    + Designs dashboards, reports, and visualizations in partnership with Commercial Planning and Performance to provide the sales teams and leadership with actionable insights

    + Develops and implements territory planning strategies to ensure optimal sales coverage and resource allocation

    + Builds relationships across the Sales and Commercial Planning & Performance organizations to ensure data and analytics effectively support broader business objectives

    + Ensures data accuracy and reporting integrity by working with teams in Revenue Management Sales to enhance reporting capabilities and maintain consistency in sales data

    + Provides performance insights to support the development of training programs, sales tools, and strategies that enhance team effectiveness

     

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

    + 5 years of experience in business planning, financial planning, analytics

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

    + 3-5 years experience managing and leading cross-functional teams

    + Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis

    + Experience in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry

    + Experience working with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans

    + In-depth knowledge of business analytics processes, tools, and methodologies

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications

    + Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Proven ability to manage teams and lead cross-functional collaboration

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
