What You'll Be Doing

+ Assist with routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery

+ Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems under supervision

+ Support preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards

+ Participate in training programs to build technical skills and knowledge

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance

+ Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
