    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites

    + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel

    + Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment

    + Follow all safety and environmental regulations during operations

    What Are We Looking For

    + Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record

    + Ability to safely operate heavy vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends

    + Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    + $23.94 - $26.94 per hour
