Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies for product launches, ensuring scalability and operational stability.
Lead cross-functional teams across planning, sourcing, MAKE, and delivery to align execution with business goals.
Drive Supply Chain Readiness for new product introductions and line extensions.
Oversee major capital projects and manage program budgets and resources.
Collaborate with R&D to ensure agile development aligned with long-term supply chain strategy.
Partner with Commercial, Service, Marketing, and Training teams to support product roll-out and ramp-up.
Champion lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices to optimize processes and ensure robust supply.
Lead lifecycle management initiatives and portfolio governance to support strategic goals.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills and Requirements
Engineering background
10+ years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain oversight functions.
8+ years of program or project management experience, with experience driving NPI to scalability
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling globally, with manufacturing and sales operations in mind.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum) and strong lean methodology background.
Experience with capital equipment (not consumables) in regulated industries such as medical devices, aerospace, or automotive.
Experience collaborating and projects across various departments including planning, source, MAKE, deliver, etc.
Proven leadership in cross-functional environments and people development and mentorship, leading by example.
Strong understanding of state cage processes, DFM, and design transfer across the 5-phase development lifecycle. null
