About the Role:
At AWS, we're seeking a driven professional to join us as a Cloud Sales Center (CSC) Campaign Manager within our Customer Acquisition organization. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take on increased responsibility and make a significant impact on our business growth.
In this position, you'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer and partner engagement, contributing to pipeline generation across multiple sales segments. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Specialty Sales and Services, Business Development, AWS Partners, and AWS Sales Leadership to execute and refine customer engagement strategies.
Impact and Scope:
• Contribute to pipeline generation through well-executed campaign strategies
• Support AWS's market presence in NAMER across various customer segments
• Manage relationships with partners of medium complexity
• Deliver independently while seeking guidance from leadership on strategic matters
• Participate in the development and refinement of adoption and migration strategies
Key Responsibilities:
• Work backwards from AWS Geo and Service pipeline goals to build campaign prioritization with service-level offers, messaging, and go-to-market execution
o Clarify requirements, customer needs, and priorities to develop effective campaign strategies
o Develop detailed campaign project plans, which include: campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedules
o Analyze customer data and feedback to support cross-sell/upsell strategies
o Obsess over our end customer’s AWS experience and design campaigns on their behalf
o Identify patterns to improve technical and business solutions within the CSC
• Collaborate with senior/Executive AWS sales leaders to align strategic pipeline generation campaigns with business goals
o Oversee creation and launch of sales and marketing content focused on prospecting
o Model input and output-based goals and measure campaign effectiveness
o Orchestrate cross-functional activities across Sales, Partner teams, and executive stakeholders
• Build relationships with key AWS partner executives to align pipeline generation campaigns, leveraging their service offerings, resources and/or market strategies
o Develop and execute partner co-sell programming to accelerate incremental pipeline through targeted campaigns (live and virtual)
o Design and implement partner playbooks defining roles, responsibilities, and success metrics
o Assist in developing targeted prospecting campaigns with partners to identify new opportunities and/or progress opportunities through the sales funnel, improving Pipeline Revenue Realization (PRR)
o Provide feedback to AWS sales leadership on partner strategy and opportunities to optimize
• Support customer-facing sales engagement at live and virtual events, or via direct campaign execution. Could include running prospecting calls, discovery meetings, or supporting CARs and partners to progress opportunities
• Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune campaigns to maximize conversion, pipeline, and revenue generation
• Advise and spearhead technology and tool adoption plans, in support of pipeline and revenue generation
• Drive timely decisions and clear blockers, escalating issues appropriately

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of cloud computing products, services, and their constraints
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Marketo is preferable
- Experience in managing projects related to cloud computing or IT infrastructure
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
