This role is instrumental in ensuring the integrity and flow of data across Amazon’s global fulfillment ecosystem while driving strategic automation efforts that improve scale, speed, and efficiency.

    - Develop and implement data governance frameworks, including source system controls, validation rules, and exception-handling workflows to ensure high-quality, end-to-end data across suppliers, vendors, and internal systems.

    - Partner with software engineering, data science, and business operations teams to design scalable AI/ML-driven planning workflows, ensuring adoption and long-term maintainability.

    - Serve as the single-threaded leader for programs that interface between external supplier systems, third-party logistics, and Amazon’s internal ERP platforms.

    - Identify and resolve systemic data integrity issues that impact operational efficiency, reporting, and financial accuracy.

    - Build program mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, dashboards) to drive accountability and visibility across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    - Represent OTS-SC in working groups for cross-Amazon initiatives focused on infrastructure data standardization, tooling modernization, and integrated business planning.
