Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Presentation & Communications Designer to join our IT team. This unique role is ideal for an Associate/Analyst with experience in consulting who thrives at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and impactful communication. In this role, you will support IT strategy initiatives by crafting high-impact presentations and internal communications targeted toward stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

The ideal candidate has a strong blend of strategic thinking, IT domain knowledge, and exceptional presentation/visual storytelling skills. Your work will ensure that complex IT initiatives and strategies are communicated clearly, concisely, and compellingly to facilitate alignment and decision-making. This is a contract to hire opportunity and is hybrid onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Presentation Design: Develop high-impact, professional presentations for IT strategy initiatives, ensuring complex technical and business concepts are translated into clear, concise, and visually engaging deliverables.

+ Stakeholder Communications: Craft internal IT communications to inform and align stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.

+ Content Development: Collaborate with IT strategy team members to understand technical program details and create content that drives clarity and alignment across initiatives.

+ Consulting Support: Leverage consulting expertise to provide analytical insights, identify pain points, and frame solutions in presentations or other deliverables for IT-related challenges.

+ Strategic Storytelling: Partner with IT leaders to develop compelling narratives connecting IT strategies to broader business goals.

+ Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for communications projects, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy initiatives.

+ Maintain Brand Standards: Ensure all communication and presentation materials align with organizational branding and style guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ 3-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst, Associate, or Designer in a consulting, IT strategy, or communications-oriented role.

+ Proven experience creating executive-level presentations for technical and/or strategic initiatives.

+ Strong understanding of IT or technology-related concepts (e.g., digital transformation, IT infrastructure, cloud, ERP).

+ Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and design tools (Adobe Suite is a plus).

+ Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

+ Ability to synthesize complex data and ideas into concise, compelling visual formats.

+ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.

+ Experience working in IT strategy, top consulting firms, or corporate communications is preferred.
