    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to manage and oversee employee benefits programs. This role involves ensuring the smooth administration of benefits, answering employee inquiries, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in benefits systems, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the enrollment process for employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

    • Provide thorough guidance and support to employees regarding benefit options and policies.

    • Reconcile benefit invoices and address discrepancies to ensure accurate billing.

    • Collaborate with payroll to process benefits-related documentation effectively.

    • Stay informed on state and federal benefits laws, ensuring compliance in all processes.

    • Administer COBRA, 401(k), and other retirement plans, ensuring proper documentation and communication.

    • Handle claims administration and address employee concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Utilize systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to manage benefits data and reporting.

    • Conduct audits of benefits records to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Support the HR team with additional tasks related to benefits administration as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role.

    • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and other HR systems.

    • Strong knowledge of COBRA, 401(k), and retirement plan administration.

    • Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing employee benefits.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

    • Effective communication skills to address employee inquiries and concerns.

    • Experience with claims processing and benefits-related documentation.

    • Ability to conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in benefits records.
