Robert Half is partnering with our client in Dublin, OH to find a skilled Grants Analyst to support their efforts in securing and managing grant-based funding for important community health initiatives. If you're experienced in grant administration and financial analysis, this contract to hire opportunity could be the perfect match for your expertise!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare, submit, and manage grant applications in alignment with organizational goals and funding opportunities.
+ Track and monitor the financial activities of existing grants, ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce accurate and timely financial reports for funding agencies and leadership.
+ Identify potential funding sources, including federal, state, and private grants, and manage the application lifecycle.
+ Develop detailed budgets by analyzing operational needs and program requirements for grant-supported initiatives.
+ Ensure proper documentation and updates to all grant-related activities for auditing purposes.
+ Assist in the reconciliation of grant expenditures and support year-end financial reporting processes.
+ Act as a liaison between the organization and funding agencies, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with nonprofit grants management and financial analysis.
+ Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., OMB Uniform Guidance).
+ Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with strict attention to detail.
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in reporting and correspondence.
+ Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
