Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is essential in managing the accuracy of financial transactions and fostering strong relationships with customers to maintain healthy accounts. Responsibilities:

• Process cash receipts and credit card payments accurately on a daily basis.

• Prepare and distribute monthly reports related to sales, accounts receivable, and collections for management review.

• Generate accounts receivable reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve account disputes and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

• Coordinate with sales personnel to assist in the collection process as needed.

• Support the prioritization of credit reviews for existing accounts.

• Assist external auditors during year-end audit procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and cash applications.

• Familiarity with billing, cash posting, and collections processes.

• Strong skills in commercial collections and vendor invoice entry.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
