• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

• Manage invoice processing workflows efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Maintain vendor files with precision and ensure all documentation is current.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address payment inquiries and resolve issues.

• Monitor accounts payable processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and invoice processing.

• Strong skills in coding invoices and managing vendor files.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.

• Ability to enter and manage vendor invoices accurately.

• Effective communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.
