Basic Job Functions:

American Buildings is seeking applications for the position of District Sales Manager. This position will report directly to the Division Sales Manager. District covers Central and Southern Florida Territory.

+ Strong leadership/interpersonal skills; developing relationships based on trust and respect with a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in a team environment across the entire organization.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.

+ Effective computer skills.

+ Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sales or Construction Desired

+ Currently live in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

+ Minimum 2 years of sales or sales service experience working directly with customers

+ Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance

+ Ability to travel extensively within the territory including overnight travel

+ Metal Building industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
