Description
At ACE, we are making a difference by providing support to programs at NAVAIR. This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition, and sustainment of the Navy's Autonomous Aircraft program. We are looking for a Senior Payload Integration Analyst to support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs by coordinating functions between the government, contractor project leads and engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution.
+ Work with customers and the warfighter operational community to define gaps, drive requirements, develop project task descriptions, specifications, integrated roadmaps and detailed schedules with regard to fleet integration.
+ Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis and reports, and report team and contract execution / status.
+ Support the development of acquisition and technical documentation.
+ Serve as the fleet integration focal point for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test and program execution process.
+ Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution and recommend modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
+ Work with the Project Management and Task Lead(s) to develop out year planning for future capabilities, and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development and integration of advanced capabilities.
+ Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
+ Develop, execute, monitor and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.
+ Significant (20-40%) travel is required for this position.
Requirements
Education / Certifications:One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
+ Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Experience:
+ Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms from acquisition community to the operational community.
+ Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
+ Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
+ Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
+ Experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment.
Skills & Technology Used:
+ Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Salary Description
$151,409.00 - $215,981.00 depending on experience
