As an Advanced Mfg Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity

+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

+ Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

+ Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

+ 3+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process optimization.

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and lean manufacturing principles.

+ Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.

+ Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).

+ Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
