    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CapEx Systems Operations Specialist to manage the operation, input, performance, and data integrity of an internal, fully-integrated CapEx ecosystem. This role requires expertise in database management systems, strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage the operation, input, performance, and data integrity of an internal CapEx ecosystem.

    + Identify issues, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies within the ecosystem and ensure a comprehensive feedback loop from end-user to development team.

    + Effectively plan and communicate timelines, milestones, and activities while developing mutually beneficial working relationships with end users and cross-functional teams.

    + Understand application development needs, set expectations, and monitor efficiency of internal and external users.

    + Generate regular and ad-hoc reports showing systems progress versus plan, open items, and trends.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.

    + Experience in project management or database systems management in manufacturing and supply chain operations.

    + Proven experience managing complex database environments in a large enterprise setting.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    + Strong organization and time-management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in data analysis using Python, R, VBA, and Tableau.

    + Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

    + Expertise in database system management and configuration control.

    + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Work Environment

    This role is 100% on-site. The position requires collaboration with various teams and involves managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $85.11 - $85.11/hr.
