About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerkto join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing credit applications, verifying customer data, and ensuring timely collections on outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process and evaluate customer credit applications
+ Verify and maintain accurate customer account information
+ Monitor and follow up on past due accounts
+ Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing
+ Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable activities
Qualifications
+ Prior experience in accounts receivable OR a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
+ Strong understanding of credit processing and collections procedures
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment & Schedule
This position offers aflexible hybrid work schedule:
+ Training Period:1–2 weeks onsite
+ Ongoing Schedule:
+ Tuesdays & Thursdays:Onsite from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, remote in the afternoon
+ Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays:Fully remote

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
