Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
Join a dynamic team at a leading agricultural attachment and equipment supplier in Fargo. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to shape materials into precise parts using advanced machine tools. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and run manual lathes, mills, and general shop tools.
+ Shape materials, primarily metal, into precise parts using various machine tools.
+ Set up and operate machines such as lathes and mills to ensure finished products meet strict specifications.
+ Prepare manual, automatic, and CNC machine tools for production, including aligning workpieces and cutting tools.
+ Operate machines to cut, mill, drill, shape, and grind materials.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Communicate with other shop departments on the status of materials.
Essential Skills
+ 2 years at a postsecondary school or 5 years of related work experience.
+ Experience with CNC machines, mills, and lathes.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and machine setup.
+ Troubleshooting and production skills.
+ Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and tooling.
+ Knowledge of programming and machining on Haas and Fanuc equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Willingness to work 10-hour shifts.

Work Environment
The position is based in a clean metal shop work environment. The standard shift is Monday to Friday, from 6am to 4:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
