Hiring for Automation Technician for $38/hr to $45/hr for 1st shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with a specialization in high-speed automated equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment to meet specifications, collaborating with the engineering team on new installations, and performing hands-on work to set up production lines. Additionally, you will troubleshoot inputs and outputs within the PLC system and assist with the preventative maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment to specifications.

+ Collaborate with the engineering team on new installations.

+ Perform hands-on work to set up production lines.

+ Troubleshoot inputs and outputs within the PLC system.

+ Assist with preventative maintenance of the equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Allen-Bradley systems.

+ Strong troubleshooting skills.

+ Experience with robotics.

+ Knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems.

+ Experience in preventive maintenance of automated equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity or experience with PLC and robotic control systems is beneficial.

+ Mechanically inclined with diagnostic skills for sensors in new installations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
