    Job Title: Material Coordinator - 2nd Shift

    Job Description

    As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory, ensuring timely ordering and receiving of shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your role will involve performing quality checks, updating inventory counts, and implementing loss prevention programs.

    Responsibilities

    + Order inventory from vendors and suppliers and secure shipment arrival times.

    + Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.

    + Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard items that do not meet standards.

    + Update inventory counts and maintain records to share with management and stakeholders.

    + Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft.

    + Implement loss prevention programs to prevent theft.

    + Obtain estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs.

    + Research the accuracy of product details and test new products.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with ERP systems.

    + Proficiency in inventory control and data entry.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    + Record keeping and closing out production orders.

    + Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with ERP/SAP/ORACLE or similar inventory tracking/managing systems.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a small room near the warehouse in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. The environment is characterized by the pleasant smell of French fries. This role is for the 2nd shift, with hours from 2 pm to 10:30 pm, offering a 40-hour workweek with optional overtime.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
