    Shifts Available

    + 2nd Shift:3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday) — 10% shift differential

    + 3rd Shift:11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday–Thursday) — 12.5% shift differential

    Pay Range

    + $20–$24/hour depending on experience

    + Annualized: $41,600 – $52,000

    + **Plus shift differentials**

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up, calibrate, and operate machinery for continuous batch production

    + Accurately measure and mix materials to meet product specifications

    + Monitor production using computer systems and camera interfaces

    + Collect samples, record data, and ensure consistent product quality

    + Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain peak performance

    + Work independently after completing a 6-month hands-on training program

    Required Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

    + Comfortable using computers and camera-based monitoring systems

    + Experience handling and mixing chemicals

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience in chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production

    + Familiarity with batch processing and visual inspection

    + Knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing environments
