Job Title: HVAC Service Technician**

Pay: $22-27+/hour dependent on experience

Hours: M-F 7-3:30

Job Description

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial buildings primarily in the 7 cities area. Your expertise will be utilized in storefronts and other commercial facilities, ensuring efficient and effective HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and repair tasks on commercial HVAC systems.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.

+ Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems in various commercial settings.

+ Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

+ Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality service.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service.

+ Mechanical skills necessary for HVAC maintenance and repair.

+ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in residential HVAC work is considered if willing to transition to commercial.

+ Apprenticeship training and certifications are available.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
