Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description
The role involves performing activities associated with the ordering, shipping, and movement of materials and tools required to support maintenance aircraft activities. You will ensure these activities align with contractual customer requests, planning and reporting resources, including material availability, shortages, statuses, and deliveries. Communication with other supporting departments is essential to satisfy both internal and external material logistic demands.
Responsibilities
+ Order and ship materials and tools needed for aircraft maintenance activities.
+ Plan and report resource availability, shortages, statuses, and deliveries.
+ Communicate with supporting departments to meet logistic demands.
+ Ensure all activities align with customer contractual requests.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Experience in maintenance planning.
+ Strong data entry skills.
+ Good computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ years of administrative experience.
+ Experience with ordering parts and shipping.
+ Background in maintenance operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
