    General Production Worker ($17-$18/hr) - Belen, New Mexico

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated general production worker to operate machines in a dynamic work environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to perform repetitive changeovers.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

    + Inspect products visually to ensure quality standards.

    + Perform repetitive changeovers and adjustments as needed.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.

     

    Shifts

     

    1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

     

    2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11:30pm

     

    3rd Shift: Sunday- Thursday 11pm- 7:30am

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and machine operation.

    + High school diploma.

    + Proficiency in basic math.

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours.

    + Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong computer skills.

    + Experience with inspection, machine operating, loading, and assembly.

    + Familiarity with cleanroom and medical device procedures.

    + Capability to lift 30 lbs - 50 lbs.

    + Steel toes or composite shoes are required on shift and for interviews.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
