Office Manager - AEC Experienced

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager with experience in the AEC industry to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor management
+ Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with building management as needed
+ Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
+ Support HR and Finance teams with onboarding, payroll, and expense reporting
+ Maintain accurate and confidential office and employee records
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive office culture
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in the AEC industry
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and BQE Core
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
+ High level of discretion and confidentiality

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
