    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-consciousQuality Control Lab Technicianto join our team in a fast-pacedchemical manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished chemical products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards. You will work in a modern laboratory equipped with advanced instrumentation, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality, consistent, and compliant chemical products.

    Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytical Testing & Instrumentation

    + Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis using:

    + Gas Chromatography (GC)

    + High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

    + UV-Visible and Infrared (IR) Spectrophotometers

    + pH meters, viscometers, and other wet chemistry tools

    + Perform specialized tests including:

    + FTIR analysis for material identification

    + Karl Fischer titration for moisture content

    + Residue after evaporation and fluorescence testing

    Sample Management & Prioritization

    + Receive, log, and prioritize samples from production batches, raw material shipments, and final product lots

    + Ensure timely and accurate testing to support production schedules and shipping deadlines

    Documentation & Compliance

    + Record and interpret test results in accordance withGood Documentation Practices (GDP)andISO/GMP standards

    + Maintain accurate lab records, test logs, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)

    + Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and data integrity

    Equipment Calibration & Maintenance

    + Set up, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments per SOPs

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Work closely with Production, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve quality issues and support process improvements

    + Participate in root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives

    Safety & Continuous Improvement

    + Follow allchemical safety protocols, including proper handling, labeling, and disposal of hazardous materials

    + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within theQuality Management System (QMS)

    QualificationsRequired:

    + Solid understanding of chemistry and laboratory techniques

    + Experience with wet chemistry, titration, and viscosity testing

    + Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently and follow SOPs in a regulated environment

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field

    + (Entry-level candidates with academic lab experience are encouraged to apply!)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
