    Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler II

    Job Description

    As an Electromechanical Assembler II, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and refurbishment of robotic parts and machines. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and procedures for robot repair and refurbishment to support both internal and external customers and business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair robots and peripherals.

    + Ensure compliance with customer SLAs.

    + Collaborate on root cause analyses and cross-functional projects.

    + Gather metrics for quality assessment and process improvement.

    + Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.

    + Identify and communicate resource needs.

    + Monitor and improve service performance.

    + Manage maintenance schedules and repair tracking.

    + Report emergent issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and blueprint reading.

    + Experience in mechanical and electronic assembly.

    + Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.

    + Competence in soldering and wiring.

    + Knowledge of schematics and machine building.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience with micrometers.

    + Understanding of electrical assembly principles.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Oregon.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
