    •** **What You’ll Do

     

    As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting our production lines. Your day-to-day will include:

     

    + Setting up and changing over production lines and machinery.

    + Maintaining and repairing conveyors, motors, gearboxes, cappers, fillers, labelers, and packaging equipment.

    + Performing preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

    + Ensuring product quality through regular checks during production.

    •️** **What You Bring

    + 2+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.

    + Proven skills in machinery setup, maintenance, and packaging line troubleshooting.

    + Hands-on experience replacing motors and gearboxes.

    + Ability to perform quality checks and basic electrical tasks (rewiring motors, etc.).

    + Bonus: Experience in food production or high-volume environments.

    + Manufacturing floor with a collaborative team of machine operators, technicians, and forklift drivers.

    + Two shift options:

    + **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    + _Both follow a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation._

    + **Pay Rate:** \$25.00 – \$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

    + **Shifts Available:**

    + **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    + _Both operate on a 4-on / 4-off rotating schedule_

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
