Job Description
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from our team to ensure you are set up for success. You can expect a collaborative environment where you will work alongside experienced individuals to learn and perform daily manufacturing roles.
Responsibilities
+ Gather and move materials to and from the production line.
+ Collect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
+ Participate in continuous training to understand the manufacturing process.
+ Monitor machine operations and ensure efficiency.
Essential Skills
+ Experience operating machinery.
+ Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
+ Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
+ High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working off a work order.
+ Experience in any type of industrial environment.
+ Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and advanced positions.

Work Environment
The role offers various shifts with differentials: 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday) with a $1.40 differential, and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday to Friday) with a $2.00 differential. The base pay for a Utility Helper is $17.53, while an Assistant Operator starts at $19.52, with increased rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.92 - $24.33/hr.
