Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Coordinator** on the 1st shift. This role combines hands-on maintenance work with strategic coordination to ensure smooth operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance activities, manage repairs, and maintain the functionality of buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Plan and oversee maintenance activities for facilities and equipment.

+ Supervise repair tasks and provide work direction.

+ Ensure buildings and equipment remain in optimal operating condition.

+ Research, plan, and draft proposals for acquiring necessary equipment and tools.

+ Diagnose issues and determine required repairs.

+ Implement a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure timely work order completion.

+ Manage inventory levels for machine parts, materials, and supplies.

+ Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors.

+ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

+ Support the implementation of **5S, TPM, and Kaizen Programs** .

+ Develop and execute monthly maintenance plans.

+ Work towards key business objectives such as **downtime reduction** and **cost optimization** .

+ Conduct performance reviews and oversee employee development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Proven hands-on maintenance experience.

+ Prior experience in maintenance coordination.

+ Ability to prioritize and address maintenance challenges effectively.

+ Expertise in preventive maintenance and inventory management.

+ Knowledge of **industrial maintenance** , **welding** , and **repair techniques** .

+ Strong maintenance administration skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $84000.00/yr.
