    **Job Title** : Technical Product Manager

    **Job Summary :** As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategy through to development and market readiness. Your leadership will guide critical, high-visibility projects, specifically in digital infrastructure and software development practices.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive the execution of telecom and platform integration projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and timelines.

    + Lead the development, management, and scaling of RESTful APIs and microservices that power enterprise applications.

    + Oversee infrastructure setup, migration, and disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution.

    + Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based deployments and container orchestration.

    + Improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency to accelerate product delivery and maintain quality.

    + Work cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, operations, and marketing to ensure API-first product development.

    + Define API requirements, technical documentation standards, and versioning strategies.

    + Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product positioning and feature prioritization.

    + Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    + 8+ years of experience in product management, including successful delivery of high-visibility technical projects.

    + Strong experience designing, launching, and managing APIs and developer-facing products.

    + Solid background in telecom or infrastructure-related projects.

    + Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and API gateways (e.g., Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway).

    + Expertise in CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD).

    + Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

    + Strong leadership and the ability to guide technical teams through complex product challenges.

    Preferred Skills

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    + Familiarity with API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting, etc.).

    + Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

    + Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

    The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
