We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong skills in systems analysis, technical support, and application maintenance across both Windows and Linux environments. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing and recommending solutions, and supporting a variety of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for new and existing systems.

+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system and application issues.

+ Install, configure, and maintain systems and application components on both Windows and Linux platforms.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions.

+ Administer and support Windows Server environments and Azure DevOps pipelines.

+ Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace and assist in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN).

+ Maintain and configure COTS and SaaS applications, ensuring they meet business needs.

+ Create and maintain system architecture diagrams and documentation.

+ Identify and remediate system vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Proven experience as a Systems Analyst and in technical support roles.

+ Strong skills in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

+ Experience with system and application installation, configuration, and maintenance.

+ Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Windows Server administration, and Dynatrace.

+ Solid understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN.

+ Experience supporting and configuring COTS and SaaS applications.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

+ Familiarity with security practices including vulnerability remediation and firewall configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

+ Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Linux+, Azure).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
