The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. _This role is based out of our Sunnyvale office._

     

    The Acquisition & Engagement team is dedicated to driving scaled sales motions to support LinkedIn's small business members, from acquisition to upsell. The Senior Innovation Manager will be a key driver in the execution and management of critical initiatives within the Acquisition & Engagement (A&E) business, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on key GTM strategies. This role will focus on driving innovation through program management excellence, scaling successful pilots, and ensuring the alignment of A&E initiatives with broader organizational goals.

     

    As an individual contributor (IC4), you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex, high-impact programs within the A&E business. You will own end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborating across teams to drive execution and continuously optimize initiatives to meet performance goals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Translate strategic direction set by the LT into actionable programs and drive successful outcomes.

    + Shepherd new ideas from concept to scale- owning the planning, execution, and optimization of A&E’s most strategic initiatives, from pilot launch through cross-functional rollout.

    + Manage and facilitate innovative A&E programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timely execution, and resource coordination.

    + Foster a high-performance culture by guiding teams to achieve objectives while maintaining collaboration, accountability, and agility.

    + Partner with senior stakeholders and A&E LT to develop actionable strategies, making recommendations and influencing A&E goals and priorities.

    + Regularly communicate with the LT and senior stakeholders to ensure they are informed of program status, progress, and challenges.

    + Utilize program management expertise to drive successful outcomes, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources while optimizing program results based on performance insights.

    + Serve as a point of coordination between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on initiatives, leveraging cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with A&E goals.

    + Lead the scaling process for validated pilot programs, ensuring smooth integration and alignment across the business.

    + Championing a test-and-learn approach and optimizing initiatives iteratively.

    + Leverage data and decision-making frameworks (e.g., RAPID) to continuously improve processes, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

    + Develop and execute high-impact communication plans and materials (e.g., PowerPoint, emails), presenting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

    + Lead meeting agendas, discussions, and ensure action items are clear and achievable, acting as a trusted partner and proxy for leadership when required.

    + Build collaborative relationships and Establish processes for sharing best practices from pilot programs, enabling scalability and broader impact.

    + Own the full project lifecycle from strategy to execution, managing stakeholder expectations, and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.

    + Leverage business insights, industry trends, and organizational context to inform program strategy, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.

    + Continuously seek feedback to drive personal growth and improve program execution.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

    + 4+ years in program management, strategic operations, or GTM roles

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in SaaS or a scaled sales organization

    + Experience owning or driving rhythm-of-business in a cross-functional environment

    + Exceptional project management skills — you thrive on timelines, structure, and stakeholder orchestration

    + Strong executive communication skills; you can simplify complexity and bring clarity across levels

    + Analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision making and performance optimization

    + Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and acting as a force multiplier for senior leaders

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

     

    The base pay range for this role is $102,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
