Salary: $42 / Hour
Previous LTC, SNF, Assisted Living, Memory care experience (2+y) strongly preferred
Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm. Start date: 6/16/2025
Duration of assignment (weeks): 6 weeks (Potential for extension)
Weekend Rotation: every other weekend (both days)
Typical Schedule details
5 days per week with weekend rotation
Brief description of typical responsibilities, unit, etc:
Assistance with med pass and light ADLs. Building has up to 80 residents, currently at 65. This is assisted living with no memory care. Some residents have light cognitive impairments but not full-blown dementia/memory care.

Previous LTC, SNF, Assisted Living, Memory care experience (2+y)
Experience with EMR Point Click Care (PCC)

Will be provided a 3-day orientation/training by District Clinical Director or Area Nurse Manager.
