We are now accepting applications for a Business Banking Acquisition Specialist (Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Essential Functions:
+ Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
+ Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross-selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
+ Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed.
+ May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
+ Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
+ Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
+ Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ 1+ yrs experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.)
+ Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
+ Must have good customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to use a variety of computer software.
+ Ability to cross sell bank products.
+ Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
+ Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
