Position Overview:
The Analyst will oversee the daily execution of new product development projects from concept to launch. Responsibilities include managing samples, coordinating meetings, monitoring critical path milestones, creating and approving SKUs, organizing sample photography, fostering cross-functional relationships, and handling ad hoc tasks as needed.
Prior experience in Leather product development and experience in Textile development is a plus.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management:
+ Execute project plan throughout supplier development for multiple projects of varying scope
+ Identify project risk and work closely with project manager on mitigation plan
+ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to monitor and track key milestones progress throughout development

Presentation & Operational Support:
+ Set-up and support multiple product presentations for Sr. Management/PR/Marketing meetings and conferences
+ Oversee and manage stone inventory needs for projects; including stone requests, work order creation, work order clean up, bill of material set up and PO requests
+ Ensure stone procurement for key milestone dates based on project timeline
+ Input & maintain data integrity throughout various product development tools and systems to establish and guide project plan
+ Manage end to end ownership of systematic signoff of styles masters/SKUs with cross functional teams to meet launch date
Cross-functional Collaboration:
+ Identify and actively manage strategic cross-functional partnerships and communication to optimize projects
+ Build credible working relationships with Category Management, Design, JDIW, Industrial, Planning, GA/DD and other teams to drive business needs
+ Leadership of cross functional meetings to ensure project milestones are on track, build plans to mitigate delays and elevate high risks
Leadership:
+ Act as a peer mentor & provide training to new hires. Assist analysts in more complex, nuanced management of project timelines and development
+ Leads meetings with ease, impact and clear/concise communication.
+ Ability to manage workload and prioritize as needed
+ Identifies process improvement opportunities and streamlines workflows
+ Provides and receives feedback in a constructive way.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e., Project Management, Business, Merchandising)
+ 1-3 years of prior relevant Product Development or Project Management experience
+ Skilled in Project Development with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong organizational details and attention to detail
+ Basic Gemstone knowledge; GG a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing preferred
+ Comfortable with daily use of intermediate excel
The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
