The Data Analyst will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight that drives business decisions and strategic initiatives. Employee will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from various sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Secondary duties will be to help Desktop Support. That will include:

+ Assisting users while providing the best customer service through phone service.

+ Assisting Networking with running lines and setting up ports.

+ Maintaining the Computer on Wheels used by nurses

+ Configuring printers to the print server.

+ Managing and troubleshooting software used by users.

+ Assisting with the deployment of phones and related equipment from Telecoms.

+ Assisting System Admin with any minor or major issues that need to be addressed.

Responsibilities

+ Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and analytical approaches.

+ Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business inquiries and decision-making processes

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements, data quality enhancements, and automation to streamline data workflows.

+ Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as proficiency in other Microsoft applications

+ Data visualization software experience (preferably Power BI)

+ Excellent problem solver

+ Statistical analysis

+ Understand fundamental IT elements including concepts of how API integration works, etc
