    What You Will Do :

    This role sits within the CPD Corporate Digital Marketing organization and will lead the charge on our consumer data strategy—bridging data insights with actionable business impact. You will ensure the health and activation of our database, deliver insights that drive smarter decision-making, and collaborate closely with brand teams, Data Driven Experiences (DDX) teams, corporate partners, Digital IT, and external agencies.

     

    This is a cross-functional role with high visibility and influence across the organization and stakeholders. If you are equally comfortable with SQL, have experience with BI tools and building dashboards, shaping a data roadmap, and leading strategic projects — this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Strategy & Enablement

     

    + Translate complex data into strategic consumer insights to inform digital marketing and CRM efforts.

    + Identify data collection and usage gaps and drive plans to close them through acquisition or partnerships.

    + Develop and communicate business-friendly documentation on data platform capabilities and use cases.

    + Collaborate with the agency of record and ideate opportunities to personalize at scale and measure impact.

    + When needed, support designing and activating audience segmentation strategies across 0P/1P data sources.

     

    Data Health & Governance

     

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, completeness, and compliance across systems.

    + Monitor data flow from CRM, site, media, and third-party platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    + Project manage the onboarding of new data sources or platform capabilities that expand usable datasets.

    + Support adoption of new CDP, customize capabilities to our portfolio of brands, impact CDP roadmap

     

    Analytics & Reporting

     

    + Own a suite of recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports—focused on acquisition, engagement, loyalty and other CRM KPIs.

    + Define KPIs and best practices for data-driven experiences (DDX) across both DTC and non-DTC brands.

    + Lead agency analysts in end-to-end analytics projects, from scope definition to actionable insights.

    + Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

     

    Stakeholder Collaboration

     

    + Serve as the central liaison between brand teams, corporate marketing, IT, and external agencies.

    + Manage relationships with key operational partners (e.g., email deliverability agency, SMS provider), ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.

    + Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill teams and democratize data literacy across the division.

    What We’re Looking For :

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

    + 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, data strategy, or a related field

    + Strong understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Google Analytics), SQL, CRM

    + Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategies

    + Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Comfortable managing external partners and leading project workstreams

    + Excellent written, verbal, and visual (PPT) communication skills.

    + Enthusiastic and energetic self-starter

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience working with consumer brands or in a matrixed corporate environment

    + Background in experimental design, testing, and owning a learning agenda

    + Salary Range : $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
