About the role:

Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division is seeking a Product Lifecycle Manager for our Mossville, Illinois facility. The Product Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for maximizing business potential through creating, implementing, and managing strategic business development initiatives. This role is instrumental in aligning our solutions to maximize customer value and grow services for Cat Reman aligned to the Construction Industries vertical.

Job responsibilities will Include but are not limited to:

+ Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.

+ Collaborate with staff and functions to develop new markets, new channels and new lines of business; taking effective measures to control operation cost.

+ Monitor market share, revenue, cost and inventory. Monitor and communicate factors which will positively impact profitability.

+ Support aftermarket new product introduction strategy, Go-To-Market initiatives and deliverables. Ensure execution of the Cat Reman business case achievement to expectation and aligns partner support in achieving outcomes.

Skills you have:

+ **Effective Communications:** Extensive experience with effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

+ **Influencing:** Extensive experience with influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

+ **Problem Solving:** Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

+ **Relationship Management:** Working knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

+ **Consulting:** Working knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

+ **Strategic Thinking:** Extensive knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.

Top Candidates Will Have:

+ Experience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot

+ Extensive experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI

Summary Pay Range:

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
