• Data Analyst (AWS, SQL, Data mapping)

    US Tech Solutions (Charlotte, NC)


    This position is for an experienced Data Analyst that will work on the EcoSys Project and be engaged in mapping the integrations of various on-prem financial and project management systems with an external vendor solution. The work requires not only feeding the vendor solution but reworking existing solutions in the same subject area.

     

    Applicants should be self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills who possess the desired qualifications in this requisition and who work well in a collaborative environment.

    Required Skills:

    + Four (4) or more years designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-scale databases

    + Four (4) or more years of experience in data warehouse architecture

    + Four (4) or more years in Both SQL Server and Oracle Databases

    + Two (2) or more years SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

    + Excellent customer service, requirements gathering, and data analysis skills

    + Excellent analytical abilities and documentation skills

    + Proficient in handling both real-time and batch data processing tasks

    + Proficient in Advanced features of Microsoft Excel

    + Power BI and SSRS

    Additional Desired Skills:

    + Experience with PostGres and Redshift databases in AWS

    + Experience using REST APIs using Glue and/or Lambdas

    + AWS experience using one or more of the associated services - S3, EMR, Glue Jobs, Lambda, Aurora, CloudWatch

    + Python, NodeJS

    + Workflow Automation

    + Experience transitioning on premise platforms into cloud-based platforms

    + Experience with Kafka/Messaging preferably Confluent Kafka

    + Experience with Event Driven Architecture
