    Job Summary:

    + The Senior Analyst, Vendor Management role provides direct oversight for basic and routine elements of **BSG’s Vendor Management program for all Global and US Meetings & Events.**

    + The successful candidate will demonstrate: the ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships, superb people and communication skills, written presentation and oral, that is persuasive, accurate and tailored to the specific audience in a professional tone, the ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment, and most importantly the ability to lead without direct authority.

    Must Have Skills:

    + **4-5 years’ work experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, audit, legal, regulatory affairs, or finance.**

    + **Experienced in Vendor Training with MSA - Master Service Agreements.**

    + **Experience in Project Management or managing multiple activities and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.**

    + **Vendor Training and Education**

     

    Preferred: Strong data entry skills and ability to use MS Office products

     

    Preferred: Experience with training systems and new staff onboarding is beneficial

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for the directing, development, and administration of vendor education and training initiatives. Coordinates updates and delivery of BSG’s comprehensive vendor training program with SMEs. Assists with training of moderately complex & BSG policies and procedures.

    + Maintains the **training** master data log for audit readiness and consults regularly with the Vendor Manager(s) and leadership to assess training effectiveness and supplement with individual structured learning experiences for vendor teams. Assists with the fulfillment of audit requests in a timely manner.

    + Acts as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams to create and maintain vendor staff directory, responsibilities by role, and monitors external vendor accounts to assess needs for access to Client systems in collaboration with BSG Systems team and BTS. Responsible for submission and on-time renewals for all BSG Meeting & Event Supplier Evaluations (ADCT, SET, TPSE, EDD, PV).

    + Responsible for the implementation and modification of vendor monitoring plans to ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSAs), policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at the team and individual level. Including, but not limited to, compliance, budgeting, customer service, and key milestone adherence.

    + Pro-actively partners with the Vendor Manager(s) and leadership to provide vendor performance metrics/KPIs on pre-established criteria for use on monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews. Assesses and communicates any areas of risk and assists in the investigation of vendor performance issues. Helps to develop solutions to ensure performance, compliance and quality standards are being met.

    + Conducts basic and routine Client/BSG policy and procedure reviews and reviews individual vendor SOPs against Client training materials, at a minimum annually, to ensure alignment with Client policy, process, and procedures.

    + Works cross functionally to collaborate with OEC, FCT, transparency, legal, and procurement on collaborative materials and projects.

    + Operates independently with well-defined expectations.

    Qualifications:

    + **BA/BS degree**

    Key Stakeholders:

    + Position represents the BSG organization as a primary contact for the area of responsibility. The position frequently interacts with internal stakeholders, business owners, OEC, HQ and affiliate finance, PSM, FCT, and transparency.
