    What You’ll Be Doing as a Nurse Manager:

    + Lead and mentor a team of compassionate, high-performing caregivers.

    + Conduct in-home visits and assessments in **Bloomfield and surrounding areas** .

    + Develop and manage care plans with a focus on safety and quality.

    + Supervise and support CHHAs to ensure consistent, excellent care.

    + Facilitate new hire orientation and complete staff competency checks.

    + Partner with office leadership to maintain the highest care standards.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    + Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

    + Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

    + Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

    + Fluency in Spanish and English (required).

    + Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
