    Electrical & Automation Technician

     

    Martinsburg, WV

     

    Pay: $36–$42/hour

    Shift: Nights, 6PM-6AM/2-2-3 schedule

    **Are you looking to work with the latest technology?** **Do you have a passion for automation?** We’re seeking an experienced **Electrical and Instrumentation Technician** to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting advanced electrical and instrumentation systems in a modern, clean, and safety-focused industrial facility.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Install, calibrate, and maintain PLC systems (Siemens preferred) and industrial instrumentation

    + Perform preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting

    + Ensure production uptime by supporting electrical and instrumentation operations

    + Interpret electrical designs and contribute to continuous improvement

    + Maintain safety and equipment records in line with company standards

    Well Qualified Candidates Will Bring:

    + 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience

    + 2–3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting

    + Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, and instrumentation (Endress+Hauser a plus)

    + Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and operational excellence

    + An ability to work a 2-2-3 schedule
