    Our client, a leader in facilities management and building maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities technician, you will be part of the Facilities department supporting Operations and Maintenance Teams.

     

    Job Title: Facilities Technician

     

    Pay Range: $23

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained

    + Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems

    + Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing

    + Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed

    + Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + high school diploma or GED

    + 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

    + Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including repair and maintenance

    + Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

    + Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
